Play Longer - The M.E.L.T. Method®

Silver Mountain is MELTing!

What is MELT?

The M.E.L.T. Method® (MELT) is the first neurofascial technique. This patent-pending method brings your body back to a more ideal state by directly enhancing body awareness, rehydrating connective tissue, and quieting the nervous system. The first time you MELT, you see and feel a difference - and over time, you can transform how your body looks and feels. MELT is a revolutionary approach to pain-free longevity that helps you stay healthy, youthful, and active for a lifetime. This patent-pending, pro-active self-treatment technique is backed by science and acclaimed by thousands of devoted MELTers.

What does "MELT" stand for?

The name comes from Myofascial Energetic Length Technique, meaning we're using muscular action to lengthen and rehydrate connective tissue. The magic of working with connective tissue is that because it's one seamless interconnected system - wrapping around every muscle, bone, joint, and organ - you can create a change throughout the body even when you're only working on one part of it.

Who is MELT for?

MELT is for anyone who wants to slow down the aging process and live better, longer. For those in their 40s, 50s, and older who want to stay active, mobile, and independent - MELT is a must. MELT is for active younger adults and athletes who want to maintain a fit, toned body and achieve optimal performance without debilitating wear and tear.

Join Cindy Beem, the first certified MELT certified Instructor in Utah, for workshops at Silver Mountain Sports Club. We'll use specialized soft rollers and small MELT Hand and Foot Balls to rehydrate the connective tissue throughout your body and make your muscles and joints happy!   For more information on upcoming workshops go to www.newleafpc.com or www.meltmethod.com
