  • Track your progress over the 10 weeks

  • Everyone who accomplishes the challenge goal  within the 10 weeks will be entered into the Grand Prize Drawing*

 

There are three ways to track your calories:

  1. After exercising, sync your POLAR heart rate monitor** using the FlowLink data transfer adaptor at either Silver Mountain club.
  2. After exercising, sync your POLAR heart rate monitor** using your own FlowLink data transfer adaptor and your own computer.
  3. After exercising, self-report*** your calories burn via online “Quick Journal”

 

The Power of Verified Data:

Heart Rate monitors add extra engagement and competition to your fitness challenge.  The data collected from the monitor allows you to accurately track and report your activity.  The fitness challenge will sync with these compatible POLAR monitors: FT7, FT60, RS300X, RCX5

 

Unlimited Access to Total Health Interactive Online during the Challenge:

Create an online account and profile, input your workout data and track your results.  Total Health Interactive gives you access to amazing tools like:

·         Complete library of educational fitness videos.

·         Self-reporting function allows participants without a compatible POLAR monitor to track each specific exercise they’ve done.

·         Nutrition log is a quick and easy way to keep track of what you are eating during the challenge and the exact nutrition it is providing you. 100’s of healthy recipes are included.

See how you compare to others! 

There will be online leader boards that show rank, change of rank and graphed comparisons for participants to track their progress. The leader boards will track performance and rank based on total calories burned plus weekly bonus points applied. Clicking and individuals name will show a quick comparison between participants and allow you to communicate between participants.

FOR FREE:  Purchase a new FT7 POLAR Heart Rate in 2012 from Silver Mountain Sports Club, complete a registration form at the Front Desk, then sign up for your online account and start burning calories for your chance to win the Grand Prize!

 

FOR $19:  If you already have compatible POLAR Heart Rate Monitor and you purchase a new FlowLink data transfer adaptor in 2012 from Silver Mountain Sports Club, complete a registration form at the Front Desk, then sign up for your online account and start burning calories for your chance to win Grand Prize!

 

FOR $39:  If you already have compatible POLAR Heart Rate Monitor simply complete a registration form at the Front Desk, then sign up for your online account and start burning calories for your chance to win Grand Prize!

 

Earn More Chances to Win!

After accomplishing the 12,500 calorie goal, you can earn additional chances to win.  For every additional 5,000 calories burned, you will get an additional entry into the drawing for the Grand Prize.  Calories that are manually entered online do not qualify towards prizes; in order for calories to count they must be synced using the Polar FlowLink data transfer adapter!!!!!

 

How to Participate

FOR $19: If you do not have a compatible POLAR Heart Rate Monitor you can still enjoy all the benefits of Total Health Interactive Website by manually tracking and self-reporting your calories using the online journal.  You will not be eligible to win prizes but you will earn Healthy Rewards Points and have full access to all other Website tools.  Simply complete a registration form at the Front Desk, then sign up for your online account and start burning calories!

*** JOURNAL MY CALORIES button will appear on your leader board once you have joined the New Year New You challenge and the challenge begins.  Self-reported calories DO NOT COUNT towards Challenge Prizes.

 

**** After signing up for your online account you must join the New Year New You challenge in the MOTIVATION tab and register your POLAR heart rate monitor on the home page where it says sync your monitor.

"BURN 12,500 CALORIES IN 10 WEEKS" Wow! That was huge amount of calories. Surely this program will meet the needs of a person who wants to lose weight quickly. I can say This is a Great Program!
